If you want to paint your house, replace a roof, add an expansion, install a fence, build a pool, install solar panels, or make any other changes to your property that are governed by the restrictive covenants, you are required to have prior approval from the Design Review Committee. Please be aware that there are very strict and detailed requirements about roofs, fences, solar panels, basketball goals and other improvements, which is why you MUST obtain prior approval before any work begins.
Use the Project Approval Form to request approval for changes to your property. Please include a description of your project, materials, colors, plans and drawings or photos. Project Approval Forms are reviewed by the Design Review Committee on a weekly basis.
